Although it’s a sight for sore eyes, it’s also a pain in the a** to care for and clean up if you accidentally knock it off because it’s so vulnerable.
This method only requires 6 – 12 hours to finish. But, the entire time you have to be near it to adjust the drip rate every other hour.
So it takes a lot of scheduling and skills. That’s why I much prefer enjoying this type of Cold Brew made by a professional to save money, time, and energy.
